Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you please notify us, no less than 24/48 hours. At The Lash Aesthetic, we like to enforce a strict but reasonable policy. We understand that an occasional missed appointment due to unavoidable events can happen. However, the final decision of the following enforced policy is up to TLA management. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT: to charge the card on file at least 50% of the scheduled service price when cancelling or rescheduling less than 24/48 hours prior to your appointment. Thank you 🫶🏼
